reputed company has an immediate need for a full-time Business Development Manager - Mining & Metals to work from a remote location, preferably the Southwestern USA (preferably Utah, Arizona, Colorado, etc.). The Business Development Manager - Mining & Metals will reputed company the duties described in the job description below and will be considered an Exempt employee.

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of early-stage and qualified commercial opportunities

- Actively engage plant managers, metallurgists, water engineers, project managers, and procurement teams.
Opportunity Qualification & Commercial Excellence

Market & Customer Knowledge

- Process water treatment
- Water reuse and recycling
- Tailings and mine-influenced water

- Track market trends, capital project activity, and regulatory drivers impacting water use in mining
- Maintain key account relationships and generate a commercial ecosystem with key influencers, suppliers, contractors, and partners.
- Provide structured market feedback to regional leadership and product teams (customers’ needs and preferences, competitors' positioning, etc.)
Collaboration & Internal Alignment
- Work closely with Process Development, Project Developers, and other teams
- Support the development of early technical-commercial solutions tailored to customer needs
- Engage with the Business Intelligence and Marketing teams for prospect targeting and marketing material preparation
- Represent reputed company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings

- Multilingual skills (English required; Spanish highly desirable, especially for Chile-based candidates)
