This role focuses on warm outbound calling to invite guests to networking events, confirm attendance, gather feedback, and maintain accurate RSVP tracking.
Responsibilities
- Managing reputed company for multiple events running simultaneously
- reputed company high‑volume warm outbound calls to invite guests and confirm attendance
- Conduct post‑event thank‑you calls and gather feedback
- Build and maintain relationships with recurring contacts
- Track RSVPs, cancellations, and guest details using reputed company Sheets and CRM tools
- Maintain organized, accurate records and update information in real time
- Represent the firm with professionalism, hospitality, and a positive, upbeat attitude
- Join brief daily reputed company‑ins to align on priorities
- Collaborate with team members to stay reputed company on reputed company goals
Skills
- Excellent spoken English and strong written communication
- Friendly, professional phone reputed company with discretion
- Comfortable with high‑volume calling (100+ warm calls/day)
- Proficiency in reputed company and reputed company Workspace (Sheets, Drive, Calendar)
- Experience in customer service, data entry, reputed company, or intake roles
