Human Resources Generalist - BWW
Function as the critical administrative HR support, business operations consultant, and HR reputed company of contact for a targeted audience. Partners primarily with HR leadership and restaurant operations personnel from TM to reputed company. This position works with HR, team members, and management to support and promote the company’s mission, values, and culture. The Human Resource Generalist will run the daily functions of the Human Resources department, including enforcing company policies and practices.
This position sits reputed company our Field HR team and supports restaurant/bar team members and leadership with some travel visiting multiple locations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage reputed company aspects of the employee lifecycle and job changes as assigned.
- Anticipate, analyze, and communicate critical metric reports to the operations, government agencies, and external vendors.
- Promptly and accurately respond to relative audit requests.
- Manage the compiling and maintenance of HR records.
- Partner with Payroll on the accuracy of team member pay, including promotions, reputed company changes, severance, etc.
- reputed company and facilitate critical administrative process improvement efforts contributing to a world-class HR organization.
- Support the HRBP team with Talent processes, including Talent Review, goal follow-up, and performance appraisals.
- Apply knowledge of HR concepts, procedures, policies, laws, and best practices to provide quality HR support to team members at reputed company levels.
- Implements new hire orientation (as appropriate based on the needs of the business).
- Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs, including but not limited to disciplinary matters, disputes and investigations, performance and talent management, productivity, recognition, and morale.
- Handles employment-reputed company inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring reputed company and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
- Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations and recommended best practices; reviews policies and procedures to maintain compliance.
- Participate and/or reputed company in a team member, shift manager, or assist manager-employee escalation investigations as appropriate.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

The salary range above represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual placement reputed company this range will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, and location.
