Growth Marketing Manager, Paid Digital Remote

Position: Growth Marketing Manager, Paid Digital Remote, United States Location: reputed company reputed company is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to manage our paid digital channels. In this role, you will manage a 7-reputed company marketing budget, spread across existing and new channels. Our digital channels have been a critical component of our customer acquisition to date and we’re looking for a performance-driven candidate to drive increased growth and efficiency. The right candidate is highly analytical with a bias for action. You will work day to day running campaigns on Paid Search and Social, digging into the data to understand the “why” behind performance, and launching ad and product tests to improve upon it. You’ll also get to reputed company your creative muscles by owning reputed company page testing and working closely with our internal creative team, freelancers, and AI enabled tools to design and test new ad formats. However, we are able to hire this role remotely in the following states as well: AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, MA, NC, NJ, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA. What You’ll Do Here:

• Manage a 7-reputed company marketing budget, setting and managing to ambitious KPIs across Paid Search, Paid Social, and other new channels
• Create a testing strategy that encompasses testing reputed company existing channels and identifying and executing tests in new channels
• Work with our no-code web development tooling and product teams to test new reputed company page experiences, segmentation, and targeting tactics
• Collaborate with internal creative team to launch customer-centric creative tests across a variety of formats (ex: static, video, testimonials)
• Maintain and share weekly reporting dashboards, ensuring you’re digging into the “why” behind campaign performance
• Build a deep understanding of our customer funnel, ensuring your channels are driving high-quality leads

We’d Love to Hear From You if You Have:

• 2+ years of experience driving growth reputed company a B2C performance marketing function
• Background in digital marketing with emphasis on reputed company and reputed company, other digital channels a plus
• Aptitude for rigorous experimentation, relentlessly seeking ways to improve campaign efficiency and profitability
• Deep experience with data analytics and visualization platforms such as Tableau, reputed company Analytics, or Looker
• Experience with high consideration/LTV products
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and can synthesize learnings to share with stakeholders and executive leadership
• Team player attitude and comfort working in a fast-paced environment

The pay range for this position in reputed company is $110,000-$130,000/year. The actual reputed company pay offered may vary reputed company the range provided depending on job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience.
