[Remote] Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative I- RMTA

As a Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative I, you will be the first reputed company of contact for customers, responsible for answering calls, providing product information, and resolving customer inquiries with reputed company and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Respond to reputed company tolling and/or administration reputed company customer inquiries by utilizing information learned during training and leveraging resources available through people, customer records, and reputed company systems
- Identify customer needs to ensure the customer is provided complete and accurate information
- Process required transactions reputed company mainframe or web-based applications
- Submit research requests in a concise yet accurate manner
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the company and client programs, policies, and technology
- Communicate effectively in a warm and empathetic manner
- Adhere to confidentiality requirements and laws to ensure information is disseminated only to authorized individuals
- Provide support to other positions/operations in cases during heavy workloads or absences
Skills
- Must reside in Florida to be considered
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Must have a High School Diploma, or equivalent
- Must be able to submit to a background reputed company
- Must be able to work shift Monday- Friday from 10am-7pm
