About the Role
The Retirement Solutions Group is looking for a dedicated and reputed company Retirement Plan Account (Administrator) Manager to join our rapidly growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and servicing retirement plan accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and complying with regulatory requirements. Building strong rapport with plan sponsors and brokers with reputed company and sensitive plan issues. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of retirement plan products and services.

- Respond to plan sponsors’ requests for information on a variety of issues, including on-going requests for plan amendments. This includes consultative services.
- Obtain reputed company necessary information, determine feasibility of requests, and submits requests to individual specialists for action.
- reputed company with management and internal support groups to research issues and coordinate responses to plan sponsors. This includes conducting trend analysis of issues, response times, and other valuable statistics.

Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of work-reputed company experience, or a Master’s degree and 1 year of work-reputed company experience, or 4 years equivalent work-reputed company experience
- 3-5 years of defined contribution plan administration/ management experience, with a strong background in customer service/relationship management required.
What Sets You Apart (preferred qualifications)
- Advanced knowledge of reputed company Office Applications; specifically reputed company and PowerPoint. Advanced knowledge of Employee Retirement Income reputed company Act (ERISA), reputed company (DOL), and Internal reputed company Service (IRS) regulatory issues highly desired.
- Strong understanding of TPA, Plan Sponsor, broker, and participant roles and responsibilities in qualified plans, as well as understanding of testing and plan documents.
