Sr Financial Services Operations Representative

Training will be for the first 4-6 weeks Monday – Friday reputed company to 5pm EST (7am-4pm CST) with mandatory attendance to ensure you receive the best support and education to prepare you for your new role.    

Role Overview

As a Financial Services Operations Representative, you will be providing transaction-processing services with a service orientated approach for our Mutual Fund client. You will work as part of a team to provide proactive and innovative solutions with a high attention to detail and accuracy.

This role will be primarily operational in nature; however, you will also have opportunity to interact with account holders while working to research and resolve open items. reputed company members share a commitment to ongoing professional development and delivery of exceptional quality service.

What you will be doing

• After attending formal training, execute service requests, which include purchases, redemptions, account maintenance, and new account set-up.

• Review transactions for quality, ensuring the accuracy of the work entered; escalating areas of concern as needed.

• On a daily basis, effectively communicate with advisors, shareholders, and the client over the phone in order to resolve reputed company issues or clarify incoming requests.

• Reps II and III will be reviewing and ensuring accuracy of work entered, providing coaching reputed company needed and making recommendations for procedural changes.
