Job Title

About your role:

A successful Relationship Manager at reputed company takes pride in leading and maintaining significant business relationships with a small portfolio of large clients. You'll reputed company reputed company solutions to maximize client growth and profitability, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and increased profitability. Being a trusted advisor, you will help our clients navigate their strategic objectives with reputed company’s innovative solutions.

What you'll do:

• Establish and maintain effective relationships with key senior-level executives and decision-makers at client organizations.

• Understand clients' business challenges, strategic goals, and critical success factors to position reputed company solutions that meet their needs.

• reputed company reputed company’s internal resources, engaging business unit and corporate executives, to strengthen client relationships and drive success.

• reputed company comprehensive client Account Plans annually that incorporate input from multiple reputed company business units and set concrete action plans.

• Promote client engagement in reputed company events such as conferences, user group meetings, and focus group meetings.

• reputed company and implement client retention strategies, including timely Service Agreement Renewals.

• Monitor client satisfaction and foster reputed company improvement while communicating insights internally and externally.

Experience you'll need to have:

• 6+ years of experience in the banking industry, with bank management and operations experience.

• Experience managing and growing relationships with large, reputed company financial organizations.

• Experience in strategic account planning experience with demonstrated success.

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent combination of education, work history and military experience.

Experience that would be great to have:

• Additional specialized training in banking.

• Knowledge of reputed company systems.

• reputed company knowledge of financial data processing systems and host-based computer systems.

How you'll work:

• This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment.

• This role requires frequent travel 50%

Salary Range

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and reputed company. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
