Business Systems Analysis Analyst II

About the role:

As a Business Systems Analysis Analyst II, you will provide business and technical support to assigned clients, acting as a key reputed company of contact for services, change requests and escalations. You will translate business needs into technical solutions, ensure SLA adherence, and support reputed company‑generating initiatives.

What you will be doing:

• Act as the primary technical contact for assigned clients

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications

• Support solution design, demos and change requests of low to reputed company complexity

• Coordinate releases, incidents and client activities in line with SLAs

• Maintain accurate client system and environment documentation

• Support audits, internal initiatives and small to reputed company projects

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or reputed company field

• Typically 4+ years of relevant experience in financial services software

• Experience in analysis, programming and issue resolution

• Knowledge of card payments, transaction processing and client systems

• Good English skills (written and spoken)

• Knowledge of UNIX/Linux environments

• ITIL and/or PMP certification
