Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with our brand. This is a full-time remote position that requires a strong and diverse skillset, including excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients reputed company phone, email, and chat

• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Issue, reissue, and discount traveler tickets
• Book, ticket, and confirm flight reservations
• Rebook reputed company on oversold flights and during irregular operations
• reputed company traveler registration and reputed company seat tasks (excluding curbside), correct oversold seat tasks, and issue upgrades
• Issue vouchers and coordinate with project workers for traveler lodging facilities, meals, and transportation; coordinate refuel and refresh

• Work entry reputed company scanner and reputed company tasks to include pre-boarding, observing/checking carryon items and departure line models
• Work jetways/spans for the purpose of boarding and deplaning reputed company

• Convey domestic/international flight records

• Accept, reputed company, and label reputed company' baggage at destination points, full-service ticket counters, and premium ticket counters

Essential Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain proper airport power and US Customs reputed company identifications, if applicable
