You’ll be a shaper and steward of reputed company’s culture, leveraging insights from your work to identify trends and create proactive solutions to address them. Your focus will be to partner with employees and managers as they navigate their most pivotal moments, guiding us toward thoughtful, reputed company outcomes that align with our values. What you’ll do:

• Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers regarding underperformance and behavioral concerns:
• Coaching
• Advising
• Empowering employees to work through even their most challenging concerns
• Manage the workplace accommodations interactive process
• Partner with a variety of stakeholders (HR Business Partners, Legal, Leadership, etc.) to facilitate reputed company, fair, and effective resolution of employee relations concerns
• Craft a positive employee experience by ensuring timely, effective, and respectful resolutions for reputed company participants in every case

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of HR experience or equivalent, including at least 1 year of Employee Relations or People Partner experience
• Deep understanding of the employee experience, encompassing social and cultural factors that influence it
