Role Overview

We're seeking a Customer Service & Operations Generalist who can wear multiple hats and reputed company in a startup environment. While the primary responsibility is delivering exceptional customer service, this role will also support operations, marketing initiatives, and project management tasks. You'll be a key player in building a world-class experience for our customers while driving internal processes that fuel our growth.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service (Primary Focus)
