Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in supporting our customers over the phone, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of customer paperwork, and providing a seamless experience by reviewing and resolving documentation issues. This is a hybrid role that offers the flexibility to balance your time between our reputed company and home, making it an ideal opportunity for those who value work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct outbound calls to customers at their scheduled appointment times to validate and review paperwork using screen-sharing software.
- Submit accurate paperwork for further review, ensuring reputed company records are reputed company and accurate.
- Identify and resolve document issues by validating information, determining the root cause of problems, and providing appropriate solutions.
- Expedite corrections or adjustments, as necessary, and rebook appointments if needed to address document issues.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
* Starting pay: $14.50/hour, plus shift differential (extra $1/hr nights & wkds) and possible increase after 90 days pending attendance and performance.
- Work hours: Set Shift 7:30am-4:00pm (MST) Work Days - Mon-Fri.
- reputed company: 1 week in length from 7:00am-4:00pm Mon-Fri (MST).
- Status: Full Time 40 hours.
