Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Manager - Call Center at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our remote call center, with a focus on:
- Call Center Efficiency and Performance: reputed company and execute strategies to enhance call center efficiency and performance, ensuring customer interactions are handled promptly and professionally.
- Team Development and Coaching: Recruit, train, and mentor call center agents to build a high-performing team, motivating and engaging staff to drive results.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
5+ years of experience
