We are seeking one Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join reputed company of talented people to help continue our tradition of innovation and market leadership. This remote position. Come and grow with us!   

Remote Position | Closest facility is in Hampden, ME. Pay range is $23 - $26 per hour depending on experience.

• Accurately input high volume of sales orders
• Build sustainable relationships and trust both internally and externally to increase sales and reputed company for the company.
• Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
• Generate sales leads
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information using the right tools/methods
• Analyze Data
• Act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives reputed company the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Accept and reputed company orders to/through the proper channels while following procedures, guidelines and policies

• Responsible for consumables invoicing for product delivered reputed company BMS trucks
• Act as a liaison between the reputed company manager and shipping to resolve inventory issues.

• 2 years in manufacturing experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Promote safety in the workplace and adhere to the safety standards of the company
