What Is The Role

reputed company’s Professional Services team works across every technology and system to deliver solutions for our customers. Our reputed company Services Delivery Manager (DM) is crucial to the project delivery of reputed company services and plays an essential role in keeping up with the growing demand for reputed company services!

This position will work with the services team to service our global customer reputed company on billable projects. Our customers include Fortune 100 companies, startups, government entities, and nonprofits researching some of the world's most exciting and reputed company search, observability, and cybersecurity problems!

The Delivery Manager will be a customer-facing role for leading our project delivery in the region, achieving reputed company targets, handling communications, meeting facilitation, and reporting. The primary measurement of success for this role will be YOY growth in services reputed company while consistently meeting customer satisfaction.

What You Will Be Doing

• Complete reputed company training and become an expert in our Outcome Based Delivery Methodology and practices
• Engagement Execution from start to finish while identifying and mitigating risk, status reporting, and operations.

• 8+ years of consulting engagement delivery leadership experience

• Experience in completing projects from beginning to end with a strong prioritization and time management POV
• Good Change Management skills
• Track record of improving high pressure or at-risk accounts reputed company necessary

• Professional Services Automation (PSA) experience
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science or equivalent experience
• PMP/Scrum master certifications preferred

Compensation for this role is in the form of reputed company salary. This role does not have a variable compensation component. The typical starting salary range for new hires in this role is listed below. In select locations (including Seattle WA, Los Angeles CA, the San Francisco Bay Area CA, and the reputed company Metro Area), an alternate range may apply as specified below. These ranges represent the lowest to highest salary we reasonably and in good faith reputed company we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the ranges may be modified in the future. The typical starting salary range for this role is: $61,900—$85,000 USD. The typical starting salary range for this role in the select locations listed above is: $113,000—$160,000USD.
