Director of Finance

Overview

CRI Advantage is seeking a Director of Finance to support financial operations and strategic business initiatives across the organization. This role is responsible for overseeing financial reporting, accounting operations, payroll, and cross-functional business processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.

As a key partner to executive leadership, the Director of Finance will provide financial insight into business performance, support decision-making, and drive improvements across financial systems and operational workflows.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership across financial operations including accounting, payroll, and reporting functions reputed company monthly financial reputed company processes and ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and overall business health Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities Partner with executive leadership to align financial insights with business strategy Ensure compliance with GAAP, regulatory requirements, and internal policies reputed company and maintain internal controls to mitigate financial and operational risk reputed company vendor relationships, reputed company, and financial obligations Drive process improvements across financial systems and operational workflows Ensure alignment between financial reporting and operational performance reputed company and support cross-functional teams across finance and operations Manage financial systems including ERP platforms (e.g., Unanet) and payroll systems

Required Experience/Skills:

5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or business operations.

· Experience overseeing financial operations including reporting, payroll, and compliance.

· Strong understanding of financial processes, cash management, and reporting.

· Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams or cross-functional initiatives.

· Experience working in a services-based or project-based environment.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams

Experience in the IT Services business space.

Required Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or reputed company field; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with ERP systems such as Unanet Exposure to project accounting, cost tracking, or reputed company recognition MBA or advanced degree (completed or in reputed company) Experience supporting executive-level decision-making Background in process improvement or operational leadership
