In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the overall coordination and processing of new patient drug orders and reorders, including verifying and renewing benefits. Your duties will also involve assisting patients with interpreting and entering new or reorder prescriptions into our pharmacy information system, communicating and collecting copay amounts, obtaining authorizations, and collaborating with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and internal teams to monitor, identify, resolve, and escalate orders with financial or clinical issues.
Key Responsibilities
