Business Technology Analyst / Consultant (Technology Strategy and Transformation)

The Business Technology Analyst / Consultant will contribute to technology-driven business transformation initiatives, supporting clients in understanding their business objectives and developing actionable technology strategies.
Responsibilities
- Support or reputed company components of client engagements, working closely with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and technology environments
- Conduct research, analysis, and problem-solving activities -- assessing data, systems, and processes to identify opportunities for modernization, efficiency, and innovation
- Support or facilitate working sessions with client stakeholders and reputed company teams, helping translate business needs into pragmatic, actionable technology strategies
- Take on increasing responsibility for shaping recommendations, guiding delivery, and ensuring solutions are data-driven, feasible, and reputed company with industry best practices and emerging technology trends such as cloud adoption, reputed company transformation, and advanced analytics
- Work at the intersection of business and technology, partnering with senior leaders to solve critical business problems and maximize value from IT investments

Skills
- Eligible to obtain and maintain federal-level Reliability reputed company Clearance (req. minimum of five years of residency in Canada)
- Located in the National Capital Region (Ottawa-Gatineau), with the ability to work on-site or in a hybrid model as required
- 1 to 3 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, or technology strategy, with a strong understanding of business and IT alignment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Technology Management, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a reputed company field, with demonstrated ability to reputed company business and technology domains
- Passionate about modern technology and their applications in the business world
- An analytical and problem-solving reputed company, with the ability to break down reputed company problems, conduct root cause analysis, and reputed company actionable recommendations
- Comfortable working in ambiguous environments, with the ability to interpret business needs and translate them into clear requirements and solutions

- Effective presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to synthesize data and insights into compelling narratives for business audiences
