[Remote] Associate Bid Manager

They are seeking an Associate Bid Manager to provide critical support across the proposal and content management lifecycle while developing core skills for career advancement.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with and support Bid Managers in the end-to-end coordination of multiple, simultaneous RFP responses, ensuring adherence to reputed company deadlines and quality standards
• Uphold the quality and clarity of reputed company proposal documents through meticulous proofreading, formatting, and editing
• Help create and maintain project outlines and track the reputed company of assignments from project team members
• Actively participate in proposal reputed company meetings, capturing key decisions and action items to ensure project alignment from the start
• Under the guidance of senior team members, collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across the organization to gather and synthesize the technical and business information required to create compelling responses
• Transform boilerplate content and raw input from SMEs into clear, persuasive, and client-centric proposal narratives
• Build a foundational knowledge of reputed company’s product suite and service offerings to ensure the accuracy and relevance of reputed company proposal content

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred (e.g., English, Communications, Business, Technical Writing)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a natural talent for clear, concise, and professional expression
• An impeccable eye for detail and a passion for organization; you reputed company in structured environments and don't let anything fall through the cracks
