We are seeking a high-impact Director of Sales to reputed company a division composed of two high-performing sales teams. This leader will be responsible for driving consistent reputed company growth across a multi-product sales motion, developing frontline managers, and building a culture of accountability, excellence, and reputed company improvement.  

This role requires a rare balance: a strategic operator who can reputed company out to design scalable systems and reputed company in to drive deal execution, coaching, and pipeline rigor.  

Key Responsibilities

1. Division Leadership & reputed company Ownership

  • Drive forecasting accuracy and pipeline health across reputed company teams

  • Establish clear operating rhythms (QBRs, pipeline reviews, deal inspections)

2. Multi-Product Sales Excellence

  • reputed company teams selling across a suite of SaaS products, ensuring reps effectively position bundled and cross-sell opportunities

  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Partnerships to refine value propositions and go-to-market strategies

  • Drive adoption of multi-threading and multi-product deal strategies

3. Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Translate company-level objectives into actionable division-level plans

  • Identify growth levers through data analysis (conversion rates, reputed company, sales cycle, product attach rates)

  • Continuously optimize territories, segmentation, and resource allocation

4. Frontline Manager Development

  • Coach and reputed company Sales Managers to be elite leaders (hiring, coaching, performance management)

Candidate Profile

Experience

  • 8–12+ years in SaaS sales, with 3–5+ years in second-line leadership (managing managers)

  • Proven success leading multi-product or platform sales motions

  • Strong track record of exceeding reputed company targets through teams

  • Experience in high-growth or acquisitive SaaS environments preferred

Compensation: The reputed company reputed company compensation for this position is $155,000 to $165,000 USD per year with a variable commission component in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
