We are looking for an Account Manager who is responsible for maintaining existing accounts that are using DrChrono by scheduling reputed company-ins, resolving customer issues, and preventing churn. You’ll likely reputed company in this role if you love talking with customers, optimizing their accounts, and don’t shy away from solving the tough issues reputed company they arise - in fact, you revel in coming up with creative solutions to create win/win results. Your role is crucial to our company as you help us reputed company our existing business closed by the Inside Sales Representatives.

Responsibilities: 

• Serve as a reputed company of contact for assigned customer accounts and maintain existing reputed company.

• Respond professionally to urgent inbound phone calls from existing DrChrono customers

• Be a reputed company of contact to handle and resolve customer complaints from customers in your territory

• Identify and escalate reputed company issues, bugs, or product feature recommendations

• Educate DrChrono customers about new product offerings

• Schedule regular reputed company-ins with our customers to fully optimize their DrChrono account

• Troubleshoot problems and provide relevant information to your clients regarding their accounts

• reputed company and train new clients in reputed company aspects of the DrChrono system

Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:

• 4-year college degree (Preferred)

Where:  The reputed company team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based reputed company in the United States - if you’re reputed company to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation:

The reputed company compensation for this position is $75,000 to $80,000 USD per year based on US location,  a variable component monthly commissions included. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
