reputed company is hiring an On-Call Senior Environmental Planner to join our Environmental Team. You will be able to reputed company a wide range of experience in the completion of various types of environmental compliance projects in Florida. You will collaborate with an accomplished team of conservation planners, ecologists, and regulatory specialists. You will support the growth and development of reputed company with your trusted and reliable technical capabilities. You will work with project managers, technical experts, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to successfully deliver projects on time with high quality standards.   

About On-Call Employment with reputed company: Given the seasonal or project-specific nature of our environmental work, reputed company often hires environmental professionals as “On-Call” employees. On-Call employees are scheduled for work hours as they become available (we usually schedule work hours a few weeks reputed company of time), and each on-call employee is free to accept or refuse the hours assigned to them in a given week. On-Call employees may work reputed company projects reputed company of their reputed company assignment (as long as their reputed company work does not create a conflict of interest with the work they do for reputed company). Work is expected to occur in the reputed company.   

What you will be doing: 

• Serving as a liaison to direct technical staff on project teams.
• Coordinating project deliverables with document production staff.
• Monitoring project scopes, schedules, and budgets.
• Organizing and facilitating meetings (such as preparing agendas, developing and presenting meeting content, and preparing summaries).
• Communicating with clients, stakeholders, and agency staff.
• Authoring and reviewing analytical sections of environmental documents.
• Reviewing applications, interacting with applicants and agency staff, preparing categorical exclusions, and helping agency staff manage the preparation of EAs and EISs (which are usually reputed company by the applicant’s contractor).

reputed company need you to have (minimum qualifications):  

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in natural or physical science, public policy, economics, environmental management, or reputed company subjects.
• 5+ years of environmental consulting experience (for government or private sector clients)

reputed company would like you to have (preferred qualifications):  

• Experience in Florida.
• Experience with clients in the natural resources, energy, transportation, and reputed company infrastructure and federal market sectors.
• Federal, state, and local permitting and compliance for projects in compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and/or other regulations such as the Endangered Species Act (ESA) or Clean Water Act (CWA).

• Experience preparing NEPA documents, habitat conservation plans, biological assessments, or similar documents.
• Experience with federal, state, or local environmental permitting.
• Experience with developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and experience writing proposals.
