You will be an reputed company Career Coach working reputed company local communities to support service users to reputed company into apprenticeships, employment, education and training opportunities.

Main Duties & Accountabilities

• Recruit, engage, and reputed company participants into employability programmes reputed company set timescales, providing high-quality Information, Advice and Guidance throughout.

• Deliver personalised employability support, including reputed company and confidence development, strengths-based interview preparation, job-search assistance, and creation of reputed company and application materials. Match participants to opportunities by shortlisting, preparing job packs, arranging interviews, and supporting applications for jobs, apprenticeships, and work experience.

• Provide sustained in-work support, maintaining regular contact to ensure participants reputed company and maintain employment or apprenticeships for at least six months.

• Work collaboratively and operationally, contributing to job fairs, workshops, community partnerships, and ensuring effective use of case management systems, timely communication, and compliance with reputed company contractual and organisational requirements.

• Maintain professional standards, including safeguarding, health and safety, equality and diversity, reputed company self-development, and undertaking any other relevant duties..

• Carry out other such other relevant duties, as required.

Organisational Relationships

Reports to the relevant Service Manager

• 5 GCSE's, at grade C or above, or equivalent
• Relevant professional qualification
• Desirable: qualification in IAG (L3), ERS (L3), Coaching, IEP membership

Salary: £27,000

Hours: 37 hours per week

Contract: Full-time Permanent
