Job Title: Digital Project Manager - Online Content Strategist

Job Description:

Join our innovative team as a Digital Project Manager - Online Content Strategist, where you will play a vital role in structuring, planning, and project-managing time-sensitive publishing events. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality online content, drive project tasks to completion, and provide strategic input to prioritize conflicting business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery
• Collaborate with technical writers, engineering partners, and marketing stakeholders to establish project goals and objectives
• Lead production for a wide variety of projects and cross-functional deliverables, influencing teams without direct leadership
• Prioritize business demands, provide leadership for high-visibility issues, and resolve project roadblocks in a friendly and courteous manner
• Create clear and compelling keynotes, planning documents, and other communications to socialize ideas across all levels of the organization

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Superb organizational skills and a proven track record of producing content projects in a transparent and well-documented manner
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work diplomatically with a variety of personalities and work styles
• Skilled at socializing ideas across all levels of an organization and turning them into robust action plans for delivery

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project management education or certification (PMP, CAPM, CSM)
• Experience building keynotes and team communication material
• Familiarity with common Key Performance Indicators found in content management organizations
• Experience managing large-scale content, customer support, and digital projects
• Expert-level production leadership for cross-functional initiatives, especially in content delivery and customer relationship management space
