We are currently seeking an reputed company Call Center Representative to join reputed company at blithequark. As a Call Center Representative, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, handling patient inquiries, and performing data entry tasks. Key Responsibilities

As a Call Center Representative at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Utilizing blithequark's solution information section strategies and rules to process new patient enrollment by entering data into the proper system
  • Handling patient medication requests reputed company HIPAA guidelines and entering refill orders for processing
  • Investigating to obtain missing medication data and interpreting clinical abbreviations (SIG codes)
  • Resolving reputed company data entry-reputed company exceptions
  • Handling communication to patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and resolving outbound calls to prescribers and patients as needed
  • Resolving Third-Party Rejections by inspecting, gathering information, making adjustments, and resubmitting for processing according to individual plan requirements
  • Making phone calls to guarantors and others to obtain information, reputed company override approval, or otherwise resolve Third-Party Rejections
  • Providing support to Pharmacists, both those in the office and those in different locations
  • Identifying and communicating issues to senior-level staff as appropriate

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Basic level computer skills (e.g., starting and shutting down a computer, using a mouse to reputed company and click, starting and closing programs, switching between applications, saving files, printing reports, and accessing information online)
  • Basic web browser skills, including opening a browser, typing in URLs, using a search reputed company, bookmarking a site, navigating using back/reputed company/stop buttons, and completing forms online
  • Intermediate-level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, formatting documents)
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience in a retail or call center environment
  • At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a certificate/registration by the state as granted by the State Board for Pharmacy or nationally recognized certification agency
  • Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services and assessment of customer satisfaction
  • Intermediate to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, formatting documents)
