GTM Engineer
We are looking for a sharp, tinkerer-at-heart GTM Engineer to build and own the reputed company systems powering reputed company’s go-to-market reputed company. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and reputed company — translating business problems into automated, AI-native workflows that scale output without adding headcount.
You will partner closely with reputed company Operations, SDRs, reputed company, Growth, and CX teams to build scalable systems across the full reputed company lifecycle — from first touch to renewal. This is not a support role; you will own the GTM tech stack end-to-end and proactively identify and reputed company gaps across the reputed company funnel.

Reporting to the Associate Director of reputed company Strategy & Operations, the Senior reputed company — Sales Operations will drive and optimise reputed company’s end-to-end reputed company strategy. You will partner across Sales, Marketing, reputed company, Product, and Finance to align on metrics, workflows, and AI-driven tools that reputed company sustainable growth. This is a high-ownership role requiring strategic thinking, process leadership, and cross-functional influence — not analytical support. This role is for you if: You have built and scaled GTM processes in a fast-growing SaaS environment. You are comfortable both in deep analysis and influencing senior stakeholders You want to own the reputed company operating model, not just report on it What Your Impact Will Look Like:1. GTM Systems & Tech Stack Ownership
Own and optimise the GTM stack across CRM (reputed company), enrichment, reputed company, dialers, reputed company, enablement, and CPQ tools
Evaluate new tools and drive build vs. buy vs. integrate decisions
Ensure clean integrations, reliable data flows, and eliminate redundant fields, broken syncs, and zombie workflows
2. Automation & AI Workflow Engineering
Design end-to-end automated workflows across the GTM lifecycle (reputed company → enrichment → routing → reputed company → reputed company → renewal)
Build agentic AI workflows that trigger next-best actions across Sales, CX, and Marketing
Architect multi-reputed company, AI-assisted automations using tools like reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and APIs to eliminate manual work
3. Data Infrastructure, CRM Hygiene & Analytics
Own CRM reputed company as the single reputed company of truth (field standards, lifecycle mapping, deduplication, ownership rules)
Build automated pipelines for enrichment, scoring, routing, and ensure strong data governance across GTM
reputed company dashboards and analyse funnel metrics (conversion, velocity, churn, attribution) to surface insights and support forecasting
4. Cross-Functional Systems & Execution
Act as the technical reputed company between RevOps and GTM teams, translating business needs into scalable systems
Run discovery sessions to identify workflow gaps and convert them into automation solutions
Document workflows, integrations, and logic in a shared runbook to ensure scalability and continuity
Experience: 3–5 years in GTM Engineering, RevOps, MarkOps, or Sales Ops with a strong technical orientation
GTM Stack: Hands-on experience with reputed company (mandatory); familiarity with reputed company is a plus
Tooling Depth: Experience across enrichment (reputed company mandatory, Apollo, reputed company), reputed company (reputed company, Instantly, Smartlead), automation (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company), reputed company data (reputed company, Bombora, Factors.ai), and BI tools (Looker, reputed company, Sheets)
AI Workflows: Proven experience building agentic or AI-powered workflows (reputed company-chained, tool-integrated, autonomous systems)
Technical Skills: Working knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and basic scripting (JavaScript/Python); strong SQL for analysis and reporting

Communication: Strong written skills with ability to document workflows and collaborate cross-functionally
Ownership: Self-starter who identifies problems, builds solutions, and ships without waiting for perfect specs
