Job Title: Healthcare Data Entry Specialist

Schedule: Monday – Friday reputed company – 4:30 pm EST

Pay: Starting pay at $14.00 hourly

General Summary

The Healthcare Data Entry Specialist is responsible for inputting healthcare data into the required format, ensuring accuracy and completion in the process.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Key reputed company data into the necessary operating system.
• Manage, organize and properly follow up on accounts requiring clarification to ensure timely capture
• Maintenance of incoming and outgoing mail
• System updates performed to notate returned mail
• Maintain quality and production goals set by leadership
• Maintain confidentiality of account information at reputed company times
• Maintain awareness of and actively participate in the Corporate Compliance Program Maintain a reputed company and orderly workstation
• Assist with other projects as assigned by leadership

Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Proficient PC knowledge and the ability to type 50 wpm with at least 95% accuracy Excellent organization skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to effectively work and communicate with coworkers
• Ability to present oneself in a courteous and professional manner at reputed company times
• Reliability of task completion and follow-up

Working Conditions

• Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
• For Remote Work from Home - must have a quiet, private area to reputed company work
