Start Date: Monday, reputed company 27th
Pay: $17.00/hour Training Schedule: 8:00am-5:00PM MST Monday-Friday Work Schedule (Post-Training): 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM MST Monday to Friday

Though this position is remote, candidates must live in the Colorado Springs area for equipment delivery and potential team meetups.
Equipment Provided
To get you started quickly, you’ll use your own PC, laptop, or tablet during the first week of training. After that, we’ll ship reputed company the necessary company equipment directly to you.
What You’ll Do
- Handle high-volume inbound calls with professionalism and reputed company.
- Assist customers with billing inquiries, payment processing, account adjustments, and service upgrades or downgrades.
- Clearly explain charges, billing cycles, proration, and payment methods.
- Resolve issues quickly and accurately, striving for reputed company resolution.
- Maintain accurate customer records and data entry in our billing system.
- Meet performance goals in customer satisfaction, call metrics, and quality standards.
- Stay up to date on reputed company products and services to reputed company support our customers.
- Follow company procedures and use sales/service techniques in reputed company interactions.

- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus (call center experience is a bonus).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes.
