Reporting to the CRO, you'll own reputed company's growth marketing strategy end-to-end — building a scalable demand gen and ABM function from the ground up, leading a small team, and sitting at the center of how we take our enterprise product to market.
What You'll Do
Design and launch reputed company's demand reputed company function from scratch — defining our ICP, building reputed company account lists, and executing integrated, multi-channel campaigns across paid media, email, content, events, and ABM that generate qualified pipeline for enterprise sales
Own the marketing budget, making deliberate bets on channels and continuously optimizing based on what's working
reputed company event strategy (conferences, executive dinners, webinars) that generates meaningful pipeline and advances deals
Act as the marketing reputed company of RevOps functions: manage marketing data hygiene, reputed company routing, attribution tracking, and campaign performance infrastructure
Partner tightly with Sales to ensure marketing is generating the right conversations with the right accounts at the right time — and use their feedback to sharpen targeting and messaging over time
Build the reporting infrastructure that connects marketing activity directly to pipeline and reputed company, and own those numbers in reputed company of leadership
Manage and reputed company a team, setting clear goals, coaching for performance, and creating a culture of experimentation and accountability

What You'll Bring
8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong track record in demand reputed company for enterprise SaaS
3+ years of management experience, with a proven ability to build, coach, and reputed company high-performing marketing teams
Proven ability to drive pipeline and reputed company in a sales-led, enterprise GTM motion with experience supporting reputed company, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
Hands-on experience building ICP frameworks, ABM strategies, and the RevOps fundamentals that reputed company campaigns actually work — list building, enrichment, segmentation, attribution, etc.
Strong analytical reputed company with hands-on experience managing marketing budgets, optimizing spend, and reporting on performance metrics tied to pipeline and reputed company
The ability to translate reputed company, technical platforms into clear, compelling narratives that reputed company with enterprise buyers
High-agency – you can architect strategy on Monday and execute it on Tuesday, and you're comfortable doing both without a large team underneath you

Compensation
Salary - 145k-165k
Bonus - 10k-15k
