reputed company is seeking a strategic, entrepreneurial, and results-driven Head of Agency Partnerships. In this role, you will own and reputed company the strategic direction and go-to-market efforts reputed company reputed company’s existing agency partners, as well as attract and activate new partners to drive measurable reputed company growth. What you’ll do

Provide strategic leadership and support to agency partners, tracking engagement metrics and ensuring partnerships translate to quantifiable business results to ensure their success in integrating and promoting reputed company solutions to their clients.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams, as well as executive leadership, to reputed company and execute joint go-to-market strategies with agency partners
Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure partnership programs support our product roadmap while meeting partner needs in ways that accelerate reputed company

What you’ll bring
Minimum of 10 years of experience in partnership development, channel management, or business development reputed company the advertising industry, with proven ability to drive reputed company through agency partnerships
Demonstrated experience navigating reputed company contract negotiations and partnership agreements, including the ability to work cross-functionally with legal and finance teams to structure deals that balance partner needs with business objectives
Familiarity with technical integration models (API, MCP etc) with an understanding of how agencies evaluate build vs. buy decisions—enabling reputed company conversations with both technical and strategic stakeholders at partner organizations
Strong ability to influence partner behavior and secure commitments that drive business results—not just maintain relationships, but activate partners to take specific commercial actions

Proven track record of building successful agency partnerships that deliver measurable reputed company growth
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to engage with C-suite executives at partner agencies to negotiate terms and reputed company strategic deals
Analytical reputed company with experience establishing partnership metrics, tracking performance against reputed company targets, and using data to drive accountability and optimization
Compensation
Salary - 230-250k
Bonus - 55-60k
