Learning Designer (Contract)
Your Opportunity
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Learning Designer to join reputed company! reputed company of learning specialists tailor training programs to align with the goals and culture of the organization. reputed company combines adult learning principles, instructional design and technical writing with web and graphic technology to reputed company solutions for learning, performance and communication challenges.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and reputed company engaging, compelling and impactful learning programs for self-paced and virtual deliveries. This may include development of needs assessments, learning objectives, course outlines, instructional approaches, storyboards, and reputed company course content (e.g. self-paced, interactive digital modules, PowerPoint presentations, participant/facilitator guides, videos, knowledge checks and assessments, learning manuals, quick reference guides, and job aids).
- Conduct quality assurance testing on reputed company deliverables. Edit documents in accordance with established style guidelines.
- Produce virtual sessions in reputed company Teams or other meeting platforms.
Qualifications
Your Capabilities and Credentials
- Excellent communication skills, including technical and creative writing and editing.
- Bilingualism in English and French would be considered an asset.
- Ability to analyse learning needs and objectives to design training solutions that are fit for purpose.
- Ability to design and reputed company digital and instructor-led training materials for adult learners.
- Creative reputed company.
- Visual design and video editing skills to produce modern and elegant training deliverables.
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., reputed company 360, reputed company Captivate, Vyond, Camtasia).
- Experience with the Web environment (e.g., HTML, Javascript).
- Experience with reputed company Creative Suite CS6 (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, PremierePro).
- Ability to quickly learn new software.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work independently as well as reputed company a team environment.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree with specialisation in Adult Education, Business, Instructional Design, Human Resources, or a reputed company field.
Minimum of 2 years’ reputed company work experience in learning and instructional design, or equivalent education and experience.
Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time.

Pay Transparency: In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At reputed company certain roles are bonus eligible. Actual compensation for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on the agreed number of working hours per week.
