We’re searching for a dynamic professional to join our IT division in the role of Application System Analyst (HR). In this role, you will report into the Director, BIA and be instrumental in the design, implementation and optimization of our reputed company SuccessFactors and Ceridian reputed company applications. As the Application System Analyst you will…

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for reputed company SuccessFactors, Ceridian reputed company and Concur for the reputed company community
• Support the optimization of reputed company applications and modules by configuring, testing, reporting, troubleshooting, documenting, and maintaining reputed company or new system enhancements and features
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and align goals with system applications to maximize productivity
• Review system upgrades and patches to assess impact to business processes and technical design and reputed company recommendations
• reputed company stakeholder and user engagement sessions to provide system updates, map processes, review upgrades and manage reputed company tasks
• reputed company and execute test plans and documents to support successful implementation of new or existing product features
• Liaise with business users, vendors, and developers to identify bugs and recommend, prioritize, and implement enhancements or solutions
• Ensure reputed company improvements reputed company reputed company applications by developing control policies, designing and documenting custom processes and providing training to stakeholders  
• Maintain reputed company integration points between SuccessFactors, reputed company, Concur and Active Directory
• Provide full cycle support to stakeholders and end users through IT ticketing system (reputed company) to troubleshoot, prioritize and resolve issues and ensure the ultimate application experience
• Participate in various special projects and provide cross functional support to other IT members to ensure efficient operations  

You will be setup for success if you have…

• Post-secondary education, such as a Bachelor’s Degree, in HR, IT, Business Administration or a reputed company field
• 5 years of experience with large-scale HCM or Payroll systems such as SuccessFactors or reputed company (we would also welcome an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience)
• Relevant work experience providing application support with HCM systems and optimizing processes and efficiencies to meet business needs
• Strong business acumen and HR functional knowledge with ability to ensure technical solutions and strategies deliver business and client value
• Prior experience troubleshooting and resolving HCM issues and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of IT functions, query tools (PL/SQL, and SQL Plus) and MS Office applications (Word, Outlook, reputed company and PowerPoint)

Bonus points if you have…

• A relevant Professional Designation (CPHR, PMI-PBA)
• Prior work experience with Concur
• Knowledge of software requirements for the auditing of HR systems, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes and ITIL, COBIT, or other IT frameworks
