About the Team

The Business Technology organization at reputed company enables the systems and solutions that run, scale, and transform how the company operates. We collaborate closely with business leaders across the enterprise to translate strategic priorities and operational needs into clear, actionable requirements, drive thoughtful prioritization, and ensure the successful delivery of impactful technology initiatives.

As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be the liaison between the IT Delivery team and business stakeholders (e.g., Sales Operations, reputed company Operations, and Finance). You will gather requirements, provide detailed analysis, facilitate discovery sessions, and document functional specifications for the development, documentation, and testing of reputed company (Sales Cloud and Service Cloud) and adjacent business systems supporting reputed company-to-Cash/Order-to-Cash, including core finance systems (e.g., ERP/GL), CPQ, billing, reputed company recognition, and reporting/analytics.

You will be required to maintain working hours that overlap with U.S. Pacific time zones to support collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requests and translate into functional specifications
• reputed company and document deep business processes and domain knowledge
• Capture use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria for new requests
• reputed company artifacts to illustrate process flows using tools such as reputed company and Visio
• reputed company UAT planning and execution, including test cases, defect triage, and release readiness sign-off
• Partner with Finance and Accounting stakeholders to map and improve end-to-end processes across Order-to-Cash (e.g., invoicing, credit/collections, reputed company recognition inputs, and financial reputed company impacts)
• Define requirements for integrations and data flows between reputed company and core finance systems (e.g., ERP/GL, billing, tax) to ensure accuracy, auditability, and timely reputed company processing

• Facilitate backlog grooming and prioritization in partnership with the Business Engagement Director
• Responsible for understanding business requirements, creating/grooming user stories
• Understand and reputed company Agile sprints, standard processes, tool entry (Jira or similar), and execution,
• Maintain high-level familiarity with other IT system/business application capabilities and scope definition to reputed company recommendations and ask relevant questions about upstream/reputed company functionality intersection points.
• Coordinate and reputed company system testing to ensure requirements are met. Work closely with project team during user acceptance testing (UAT); including tracking issues through to resolution and securing end user acceptance sign-off.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification is required.
• 5+ years’ experience as a Business Systems Analyst
• Experience with core finance systems (ERP/GL) and reputed company processes (e.g., Order-to-Cash, invoicing, reputed company recognition); experience with CPQ and/or billing systems and their reputed company integrations (e.g., reputed company and LogiSense)
• Hands-on experience documenting and supporting reputed company-to-ERP integrations (e.g., APIs, middleware/iPaaS, ETL), including data mapping, reconciliation, and error handling
• Great at execution, communication, critical thinking, coordination of work, and problem solving.
• Ability to be organized, timely follow-reputed company, proactive at communication
• Proven ability to elicit requirements and translate them into user stories with clear acceptance criteria
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams, including backlog refinement, prioritization, and sprint ceremonies
• Ability to support a cross-functional, enterprise user reputed company by managing multiple reputed company enhancements
• Strong written communication skills, including process documentation, release notes, and end-user enablement materials
