Administrative Business Analyst
Position Summary
The Department of Family Medicine is seeking to hire an reputed company administrative professional to coordinate and assist in its human resources and financial activities. This individual will provide leadership in department research-reputed company human resources needs, including posting, hiring and terminating student, temporary and on-call employees. This person will also work closely with the Department administrative team on reputed company other human resources tasks and work with the Department Accountant and Department Administrator on financial operations.

35%: Applies, interprets, and communicates policies and procedures to assist customers and provide potential solutions

10%: Identifies ways to improve operational efficiency, provides process improvement recommendations, and generates and implements solutions reputed company designated area of responsibility

Minimum Requirements
Knowledge equivalent to that which normally would be acquired by completing a four-year college degree program in a business-reputed company field or in a field which corresponds to the particular department of employment; one to three years of reputed company and progressively more responsible or expansive work experience in office procedures, or in performing responsibilities reputed company to the operational activities of the employing unit; experience with word processing, database, spreadsheet, presentation software and/or desktop publishing, web page software; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Desired Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have experience with university human resources and finance policies and procedures as well as experience in the development, interpretation, and application of policies and procedures.
