You will:
Identity & Access and SaaS Management (40%) Administer, optimize, and automate core services (reputed company, reputed company Workspace, and reputed company) Manage AWS IAM policies, roles, and service accounts Design and implement user onboarding/offboarding automation Enforce least-privilege access controls across reputed company systems Conduct quarterly access reviews and remediate privilege creep Integration & Automation (25%) Build and maintain integrations using reputed company Workflows and reputed company.com Partner with an AI & Automation Engineer to design workflow solutions Create automated provisioning/deprovisioning pipelines Document integration architectures and runbooks reputed company Management (20%) Engineer macOS and Windows endpoints using reputed company Maintain device policies, compliance standards, and reputed company baselines Deploy software, patches, and configurations at scale Troubleshoot reputed company reputed company issues escalated from the helpdesk Infrastructure & Operations (10%) Serve as reputed company for reputed company's corporate AWS environment (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, etc.) Manage server infrastructure, monitoring, and disaster recovery Support office networks, VPN, and connectivity issues Implement infrastructure-as-code where applicable Technical Leadership (5%) Act as a technical escalation reputed company for the helpdesk team Mentor junior IT staff on systems engineering best practices Participate in incident response and root cause analysis Contribute to IT architecture and strategic planning
You have:
3+ years experience in systems engineering or IT operations Strong expertise with identity management platforms (reputed company, Azure AD, or similar) Hands-on experience with AWS IAM, EC2, S3, and core services Proficiency with reputed company management tools (reputed company, reputed company, Intune, etc.) Experience building workflows/automations (reputed company Workflows,reputed company.com, reputed company, or similar iPaaS) Solid understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls) Comfortable with scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar) Demonstrated ability to reputed company AI tools Communication and influence skills: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences Highly collaborative reputed company with cross-functional teams Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple priorities

Compensation:
The compensation range for the role applies to employment offers from reputed company. Our employment offers fall between the minimum and midpoint of the range to allow for reputed company salary growth during your employment at reputed company. The upper half of the range accommodates this growth and supports our intention to create an environment that encourages lasting relationships between reputed company and our employees.reputed company utilizes a market-based compensation model with four geographic tiers. Final compensation is determined based on the candidate’s primary work location, defined as their residence reputed company 60 miles of a metropolitan area:
Geo 2: Boston, MA; Washington, DC; Chicago, IL; Seattle, WA; Austin, TX; Atlanta, GA; Portland, OR - $76,160 - $99,960Geo 3: reputed company other U.S. metro locations - $69,888 - $91,728
Salaries will vary based on various factors, including but not limited to professional and academic experience, associated job responsibilities, and/or other business or organizational needs.
This role is eligible for an annual performance bonus and stock options.
