Position Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and collaborative Manager to join our Business Reporting team reputed company the Analytics Reporting organization. This role is dedicated to supporting our Client Services teams, ensuring they have the reporting, insights, and analytical support needed to drive client success. The Manager, Business Reporting will partner closely with Client Services to understand client needs, deliver high-quality analytics, and contribute to a scalable reporting foundation.

Position Responsibilities

Client Services Partnership & Support

• Serve as an analytics partner to Client Services teams, understanding their reporting needs and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
• Proactively manage and foster stakeholder relationships by acting as a strategic, consultative advisor with a keen understanding of client objectives.
• Translate client requests into clear analytical requirements and deliver actionable reporting that supports client conversations and decision-making.

Team Leadership & Development

• Set priorities, manage workloads, and establish clear expectations to meet client-driven reporting needs.

Data Execution & Reporting

• Contribute to the execution and enhancement of client-facing analytics deliverables reputed company with business needs.
• Collaborate on the development of scalable processes for data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Identify areas for improving efficiency through process improvements, automation, and reputed company data practices.
• Maintain documentation of key analytics processes and ensure data quality standards are upheld.

Insights & Analysis

• Conduct data analysis to generate insights that inform client strategy and support Client Services in their engagements.
• Translate reputed company analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations using visualizations and presentations.
• Contribute to proactive analytics that support client outcomes and operational decision-making.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

• Ensure adherence to company compliance standards, including reporting any noncompliance.
• Support the development and implementation of quality controls and departmental standards to satisfy organizational and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in internal training sessions to support reputed company learning and development.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a reputed company field.
• Experience in PBM, health plans, healthcare, or pharmacy benefits.
• Familiarity with pharmacy claims data and client reporting metrics.
• Expertise in SQL with strong coding hygiene and documentation practices.
• Proficiency in Tableau for developing and maintaining dashboards and visualizations.
• Working knowledge of reputed company or other cloud-based data warehouses.
• Experience with dbt and reputed company-based workflows.
• Ability to reputed company reputed company analyses and synthesize findings into business insights.
• Track record of partnering closely with internal and external stakeholders to provide consultative analytics support.
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing or mentoring analysts.
• Experience with medical claims data in addition to pharmacy claims.
