[Remote] Community Customer Support Coordinator

The Community Content Coordinator ensures valuable and up-to-date information about the national network of Community Customers, focusing on pricing to support sales conversion rates.

Responsibilities

• Partner with key stakeholders at our largest accounts to reputed company pricing and content up to date and to collect new data types as needed
• Work closely with Account Management for contact verification and to attain customer buy-in
• Upload new pricing & other data from assigned accounts into reputed company’s database manually and reputed company bulk upload tools
• Manage customer reputed company reputed company email, phone, and SMS in reputed company and Outlook
• Meet weekly reputed company and pricing update goals and log details in reputed company
• Track pricing collection in reputed company reputed company Cases
• Utilize tools like reputed company, reputed company, and Tableau to maintain efficiency

Skills

• Bachelor's degree
