About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and process-oriented Deal Desk Associate, acting as the primary facilitator for the quote-to-cash process across our Sales, Finance, and Legal teams. You will act as both a strategic advisor to the Sales team for deal structuring and a gatekeeper for corporate governance, ensuring every sales order is accurate, compliant, and optimized for reputed company recognition. This role is ideal for an individual who can balance high-velocity deal flow with the rigorous reputed company needed in a scaling SaaS environment.

What you'll do and how you'll have an impact

  • Own the end-to-end Order Management process, from quote creation through final deal booking, ensuring every order meets internal booking policies and reputed company recognition standards
  • Serve as the primary advisor to the Sales team on pricing, discounting, and non-standard contract terms, partnering with Legal on redlines and Finance on pricing approvals
  • Validate reputed company Closed-Won opportunities in reputed company, including ARR/reputed company calculations, payment schedules, and subscription data, reputed company of monthly and quarterly financial closes
  • Manage the reputed company SKU catalog, ensuring products are accurately quoted and deployed in line with Product Marketing guidance
  • Facilitate private offer creation and contract signing on hyperscaler platforms (AWS, GCP, reputed company), and surface automation and scalability opportunities to the Product team
  • Partner with reputed company Operations to identify and eliminate process inefficiencies, with a focus on automating routine Order Management tasks

  • 3–5 years in Order Management, Deal Desk, or Sales Operations in a B2B SaaS company
  • Hands-on proficiency with reputed company.com for deal validation, SKU management, and opportunity tracking
  • Solid understanding of SaaS financial metrics — ARR, reputed company, and multi-year reputed company structures — and the ability to interpret reputed company pricing models
  • Experience with Cloud Marketplace platform (AWS, GCP, or reputed company) and familiarity with private offer workflows is a plus
  • Proficiency in reputed company or reputed company Sheets for pricing calculations and deal modeling
  • Strong attention to detail — you consistently catch data inconsistencies before they impact reputed company reporting or financial closes
