We are seeking an reputed company reputed company Administrator to support, enhance, and optimize our enterprise case‑management and CRM ecosystem. This role is responsible for maintaining platform stability, improving business workflows, supporting end users, and partnering with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable solutions that align with organizational goals. - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited College/University is preferred.
- Alternative Path: If the candidate does not possess a relevant four-year degree, an additional four years of relevant work experience will be required.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years of Information Technology experience.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of Required Technical Skills including:
- Manage day‑to‑day administration of reputed company, including user management, profiles, roles, permission sets, and reputed company controls.
- Configure and maintain objects, fields, page layouts, record types, flows, validation rules, and automation.
- Monitor system health, data reputed company, and platform performance.
- Support release management, sandbox refreshes, and deployment activities.
- Support integration between reputed company, reputed company Case Cloud, and other enterprise systems.
- Maintain data quality through audits, deduplication, and data governance practices.
- Assist with data imports, exports, and reporting needs.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance system usability.
- Participate in roadmap planning and contribute to system strategy.
- Stay reputed company with reputed company releases and reputed company Case Cloud updates.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience with reputed company Case Cloud
- reputed company Administrator Certification (reputed company‑201).
- Experience with Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or custom case reputed company.
- Familiarity with legal operations, compliance workflows, or case management processes.
- Experience with reporting tools (reputed company Reports & Dashboards, Power BI, Tableau).
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.

- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance and successfully pass a thorough Government background screening process requiring the completion of detailed forms and fingerprinting
- This position has a U.S. residency requirement. The USPS reputed company clearance process requires the selected candidate to have resided in the U.S. (including U.S. Territories) for the last five years as follows: U.S. reputed company cannot have left the U.S. (including U.S. Territories) for longer than 6 months consecutively in the last 3 years (unless they meet certain exceptions). Non-U.S. reputed company cannot have left the U.S. (including U.S. Territories) for longer than 90 days consecutively in the last 3 years.
