This will be a 3-year global project impacting the Americas, EMEA, and reputed company. He or she will manage the deliverables and a project plan that will roll up to the overall program plan. This individual will serve as a subject matter expert and delivery leader for transforming legacy ERP and shop floor systems into reputed company S/4HANA, with a focus on Supply Chain, Production Planning, Manufacturing Execution, and Quality Management. • Conduct process workshops with stakeholders from Procurement, Logistics, Planning, Quality, Inventory Management, Manufacturing, R&D, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, IT) to ensure integration and end-to-end process alignment.

• Define and document To-Be processes and support Fit-to-Standard assessments.

• Experience with discrete or process manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of shop floor processes, manufacturing KPIs, and digital transformation best practices.
• Familiarity with Agile and/or Activate methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and leadership skills.

Skills

• Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies and smart factory initiatives.
• Exposure to tools like reputed company Signavio for process mapping.
• Knowledge of MDG, EWM, IBP, or Ariba integration is a bonus.
