As a Part-Time Data Entry Technician, you will be responsible for accurately and timely entering data into our operating system, verifying customs documentation, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities
* Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system
- Understand and identify customs documentation
- Transpose customs declaration information from documents into the customs entry system to allow for the build of a valid customs declaration
- Verify documents received for Import customs purposes are compliant and correct
- Provide excellent customer service building and maintaining strong relationships both internally and externally
- Ensure compliance at reputed company times to regulations
- Daily execution of workflow and department metrics
Qualifications
* Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
- Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, and communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing
