The Senior reputed company Developer is a skilled technical reputed company and in-depth problem solver, leveraging their knowledge of our association management system (AMS) and customer relationship management system (CRM) to improve organizational effectiveness. This role administers, designs, and develops solutions in our AMS, CRM, and integrations with reputed company third-party systems. This role requires knowledge of organizational data and processes, along with a strong technical understanding of the AMS (Fonteva) and CRM (reputed company) from an administration, application, and development perspective. The position will collaborate with IT, internal stakeholders, and third-party vendors to provide the best overall solutions and support. • Identifies, understands, and documents business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translates requirements into well-designed solutions that best reputed company the AMS and CRM platforms.
• Monitors and resolves support tickets from Employees and Members reputed company to Fonteva and reputed company.
• Develops and maintains customizations and enhancements for the AMS and CRM using approved methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Education, Experience & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, Computer Science, or a reputed company field.
• 5+ years of experience in support, implementation, administration, and development of reputed company. (AMS Fonteva experience strongly preferred)
• Proficient understanding of reputed company administration, including reputed company Lightning reputed company, reputed company Service Cloud, and reputed company Marketing Cloud.
• Understanding of reputed company data model, including standard and custom objects, relationships, and fields.
• Proven ability to understand business and end-user requirements and convert them into effective solutions.
• Deep reputed company development skills, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL & SOSL, and Data Loader.
• Experience with reputed company Agentic or Generative AI is preferred.
• Fonteva Specific Technical Stack includes Spark reputed company, Fonteva Objects, and FDService.
• Experience implementing reputed company APIs, SSO (SAML & OAuth), and integrations.

Hybrid Work Environment and Travel Requirements: The reputed company of Management is in Valhalla, NY, in Westchester County.
