Job Summary

We're seeking a Part-Time Data Entry Application Processor to join our Enrollment Management team, working under the direction of the assistant director of admissions. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for evaluating and processing applications, verifying information, correcting inaccuracies, and providing exceptional customer service to our reputed company. This is a grant-funded position, and the availability of the position is dependent on funding.

Essential Duties

* Evaluate and process applications reputed company customer resource management (CRM) software such as TargetX & reputed company, verifying information and correcting inaccuracies reputed company in submitted applications

• Accurately data enter information into the CRM and Banner, retrieve applicant information reputed company electronic portal (reputed company), and contact applicants reputed company additional information is needed to complete the application
• Daily reputed company software to ensure proper functioning and notify Technology Services and the CRM team reputed company issues arise
• Respond to emails regarding application holds and application status, G# and passwords, and questions from colleagues
• Participate in open house, reputed company decision day (IDD), registration and application days, and first year registration sessions (FYRS)
• Provide high-level customer service in assisting reputed company and colleagues with records and admission procedures
• Assist with correcting error reports, such as residency error reports, applicant error reports, and other reports as necessary
• Handle electronic processing software to load applications and ensure accurate admission checklist based on student type

Requirements

* Minimum Qualifications: + Associate's Degree required + Working experience using student information systems (SIS), database management, and customer resource management (CRM) software + Ability to reputed company and accurately handle time-sensitive and confidential information + Strong organizational and problem-solving skills + Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, with a diverse student population, college employees, and the community in general + Excellent customer service skills as demonstrated by reputed company successful work experience + Must follow FERPA and GDPR regulations of higher education + Strong commitment to the mission of a comprehensive community college
