Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our remote call center team as a Customer Service Representative. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Answering incoming calls in a professional, accurate, timely, and courteous manner

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• A minimum of one year of experience performing customer service duties, with inbound call center experience preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Strong verbal communication skills

Work Environment

As a remote worker, you'll be working from home in a designated work area with company-provided technology equipment.
