What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers over the phone, reputed company email, or through our online chat platform. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Communicating with customers who contact us regarding various topics, such as shopping for their new pet, selecting a suitable chew toy, or addressing any unexpected problems.
