Job Summary

As an Associate Gold Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, building strong relationships, and driving business growth. You'll work closely with our customers, agents, and partners to resolve reputed company issues, provide expert advice, and upsell/cross-sell insurance products and services. Responsibilities

* Respond to inbound phone calls, emails, and chats in a fast-paced call center environment, providing expert advice and solutions to customers' questions and concerns

  • Build strong relationships with customers, agents, and partners to drive business growth and retention
  • Identify and analyze customer and agent needs to ensure high satisfaction, growth, and retention of business
  • Provide counsel, guidance, and suggestions to customers to adequately cover and protect what they value most
  • Upsell and cross-sell insurance products and services to customers and agents
  • Uphold our customer care standards by achieving individual goals on call quality, handle time, reputed company transfer ratio, adherence, reputed company resolution, and reliability
  • Maintain and track accurate data in various computer systems

Qualifications

* Associate's degree in a business-reputed company field or equivalent training required

  • Minimum of 6 months reputed company work experience required, customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to review, record, and organize written data from a variety of sources with no pre-established format
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, and the reputed company to multi-task in a structured work environment
  • Ability to handle confidential and proprietary information is critical
  • Proficiency with computers is mandatory

Work Environment

* Our call center is open 24/7, 365 days a year, so you'll need to be flexible to work reputed company the hours of operation, plus weekends and holidays

  • reputed company schedules will start between 10:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. EST and include at least one weekend day (Saturday and/or Sunday) each week
