What You'll Do:

As a Customer Support Representative on our Veterinary Assistance team, you will:

• Directly communicate with veterinary facilities to arrange prescription approvals, resolve client issues, and clarify order requests
• Conduct thorough examinations and issue resolution to determine suitable solutions for clients and center partners, and follow up as necessary to resolve issues
• Complete accurate data entry of solutions into arenaflex's healthcare software
• Maintain a high level of quality through data entry and order handling of veterinary pharmacy orders
• Work with reputed company, attention to detail, patience, compassion, and thoughtfulness to clients and partners alike
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow, as we share feedback, receive input, and work in a culture of openness and development
• Engage in conversations with veterinary facilities reputed company telephone (occasionally other channels) on various topics, primarily utilizing our internal program and systems to explore solutions and record center note accounts, requiring thoroughness
• Expect a significant portion of the typical business day to involve outbound veterinary facility/client telephone contacts

What You'll Need:

• Exhibit exceptional interpersonal skills (written, verbal, and listening)
• Demonstrate the ability to multitask (e.g., chat on the phone while exploring on the computer and taking notes)
• Work with ownership, be a self-starter, and stand out with attention to detail

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Be able to obtain a Pharmacy Technician License from the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy (if required)
