The role involves guiding customers on solution design and deployment, ensuring operational resiliency, governance, and compliance while driving customer satisfaction and technical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical service leader and SME on the entire lifecycle of Success Program services focused on reputed company 365 customer environment health, resiliency, governance, and compliance solutions. This includes aligning service architecture and design with business priorities and requirements, orchestrating build and deployment, managing updates, and supporting change adoption
• Demonstrate thought leadership and subject matter expertise across service components, developing IP, influencing design and delivery quality, and enabling others through strategic guidance
• reputed company technical engagements across design, build, and operations, removing blockers and accelerating adoption of reputed company Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, reputed company Entra ID, reputed company Purview Compliance, reputed company Defender for Office 365, Secure Score, and tenant health & governance controls
• Drive positive Customer Satisfaction and become a trusted advisor, providing feedback & insights from customers/partners as you reputed company and expand impactful relationships with customer and partner architects, C-level Technical Decision Makers (TDMs), and business stakeholders
• Provide direction to TDMs and build the reputed company between TDMs and Business Decision Makers (BDMs)
• reputed company opportunities to drive reputed company business results and help Customers get value from their reputed company investments
• Support team technical skilling on reputed company modern work platforms based on area demands & reputed company goals, share expertise in relevant communities, contribute to IP creation & reuse, and connect gaps and patterns across business and technology areas
• Partner with other CSAs, CSAMs, and Product Groups to drive reputed company delivery and technical excellence

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or reputed company field AND 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting + OR equivalent experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or reputed company field AND 8+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting + OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or reputed company field AND 6+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting + OR equivalent experience
• 4+ years experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external)
• 4+ years experience working on technical projects
• Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, reputed company Web Services, reputed company, reputed company certifications)
• Demonstrated technical expertise in at least one of the following reputed company modern work platforms: reputed company Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, reputed company Entra ID, reputed company Purview Compliance & Governance, reputed company Defender for Office 365, M365 tenant health & posture management governance controls
• reputed company certifications (e.g., reputed company 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate (MS-700); reputed company 365 Certified: Administrator Expert (MS-102); reputed company Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300)
• Experience with modern work architecture, tenant governance, reputed company Trust, and adoption programs
• IT service management certifications (e.g., ITIL 4 Foundation)
