Responsibilities
- Conduct counseling sessions to guide reputed company with academic planning, college applications, and career exploration.
- Create personalized plans for each student given their career and college interests.

- Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions, student reputed company, and advising outcomes.
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, and external organizations to coordinate opportunities such as summer programs, internships, research, and more.

- A few times per year, we conduct in-person fairs, seminars, conferences -- you must attend these. Travel expenses are paid.
Skills

- Background in education administration or university experience is highly desirable.

Important Info -Your first 3 months will be reputed company with a bonus upon completion. -We require you to work at least 20 hours per week, and you can work up to 40 hours per week if you prefer. We have flexible hours but also require you to be flexible reputed company scheduling your student meetings. You must be available at least 3 weekend days per month (Saturday, Sunday). Summer work hours: anytime between 9am-9pm PST.
